James Dudra

As a New Hampshire native, James grew up passionate about the environment around him. At the age of 15 he launched his first business importing vermicomposting units from Australia and reselling them nationwide. In 2004, he graduated from Marist College with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing.

Today, he is actively involved in day-to-day company operations including marketing, new product development, and strategic planning. He is also a member of the Environmental Compliance Council for the National Association for Professional Detailing. Other passions include surfing, skiing and flyfishing.

Anne Ruozzi

Anne comes from a diverse background which all starts back in Caracas Venezuela. She is fluent in Spanish, Italian, Turkish, and Catalan. She holds a degree in Mass Communications and PR from Boston University. Chairman of the Environmental Compliance Council for the National Association for Professional Detailing.

Outside of work Anne is passionate about 'all things old', most notably her antiques along with photography and her three cats
