| Question : I live in the midwest and do a fair amount of driving on gravel roads which leave a lot of dust on the car, sometimes to the extent of turning my red car into a tan car, and I am concerned about the d Posted By : Jake, Posted On : Jul - 09 '08 |
||
| Response: | ||
| Hi Jake, Our Waterless Car Wash + Polish will still work on a dusty car. Simply work one panel at a time, frequently rotating your microfiber cloth to a clean section. You may end up needing more than two towels if your car is extra dusty. The formula is highly concentrated with natural soaps & surfactants to loosen surface level dust which is then safely absorbed in the towels. | ||
| Question : How much product do I have to use to wash a car? Posted By : William, Posted On : Jun - 19 '08 |
||
| Response: | ||
| The average 'waterless' wash will use between 4 - 6 oz formula depending on size and how dirty it is. | ||
| Question : About how long can I expect it to take to get my order? Posted By : Nick, Posted On : May - 09 '08 |

| Response: | ||
| Orders ship out within 2-3 days and are delivered via UPS Ground. | ||
| Question : Can I use paper towels with your waterless car wash? Posted By : Terri Ward, Posted On : May - 02 '08 |
||
| Response: | ||
| We recommend using only using high-quality microfiber towels with our waterless car wash. Microfibers are extremely absorbent, safe of the car's finish, and can be re-used up to 50 times. Paper towels tend to fall apart easily, cause micromarring on the paint, and of course are not re-usable. | ||
| Question : I live in New England and we get lots of salt and sand on our cars in the winter time. Will I scratch the finish on my car if I wash the car with your product? Should I rinse the car off first? Posted By : jerry noel, Posted On : Apr - 10 '08 |
||
| Response: | ||
| Hi Jerry, we deal with this all the time as we are based in New Hampshire. A quick pre-rinse is your best bet. You can then follow up with a waterless car wash as normal. | ||
| Question : Can the waterless car wash be applied in cold weather.....ie below freezing? Posted By : Denis LeBlanc, Posted On : Apr - 09 '08 |
||
| Response: | ||
| If it is below freezing we do not recommend spraying the formula as it tends to freeze up. Above 50° is ideal. | ||
| Question : After the microfiber gets dirty, can I simply rinse it out rather than using many towels for one car? Posted By : Alexandra, Posted On : Apr - 09 '08 |
||
| Response: | ||
| Yes, if your microfiber towel gets extremely dirty during the cleaning process you can simply rinse it out and then continue as normal. | ||
| Question : Can your waterless car wash be used in direct sunlight? Posted By : Roseann, Posted On : Apr - 09 '08 |
||
| Response: | ||
| We recommended that you find a shaded location and use on a cool car panel. This helps avoid having the formula dry too quickly on the car's surface. | ||
