Eco Touch Shipping & Return Policy

Domestic U.S. Shipping

Shipping Charges:

Shipping cost is determined by the weight and size dimensions of your purchased items, the distance between our warehouse in NH and your shipping address, and how quickly you request the package be delivered (overnight, 2nd day, ground, etc).

Free Shipping:

Free FedEx Ground shipping is available to customers in the continental United States who place an order of $50 or more via ecotouch.net. Please note that free shipping does not apply to clients placing commercial, wholesale or bulk orders.

PO Boxes:

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes within the United States. Please include your street address upon checkout. Otherwise we’ll need to call you which can delay the shipment.

Tracking Details:

As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email notifying you that your package is en route. In this email we will include a link to track delivery with the carrier.

Same Day Shipping:

Same day shipping is offered to orders shipping to a U.S. address with FedEx Overnight selected during the checkout process if received by 2pm EST.

Delivery Time Estimates:

The time it takes to receive your order depends on the shipping method you choose during the checkout, and the time of day you place your order. Please see table below for estimated windows & shipping options. Time estimates assume orders are placed before 2pm EST.

FedEx Ground: 1 - 3 days East Coast, 4 - 7 days West Coast
FedEx 2nd Day: 2 business Days
FedEx Standard Overnight: Next business day delivery

International Shipping

Eco Touch ships with UPS, FedEx and USPS for international orders. Shipping fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value and destination. You may calculate shipping fees via our website or by calling us directly at 888.375.7970.

If you are located in Europe and wish to order online, please visit our European Master Distributor at www.ecotouch.eu.

International Shipping Methods:

USPS: This is the most economical service option and also the longest. Delivery typically takes 1 - 3 weeks (USPS can take upwards of 90 days before it is considered lost). In most cases this service is insured. There is limited tracking available. All orders shipped using this service are FOB Dover, NH. Any duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees related to this order are the responsibility of the recipient. Eco Touch does not know what the duties/taxes are in your area, and we do not know if there will be brokerage fees. Please check with your local customs office if you need to have this calculated in advance.

FedEx: This service is either FedEx Ground or Air Economy Service. Services can typically takes 1 - 2 weeks. Real time tracking information is provided. All orders shipped using this service are FOB Dover, NH. Any duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees related to this order are the responsibility of the recipient. Eco Touch does not know what the duties/taxes are in your area, and we do not know if there will be brokerage fees. Please check with your local customs office if you need to have this calculated in advance.

UPS Supply Chain Solutions: Orders over 150 pounds in weight are best shipped using UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Unfortunately our online shopping cart is not able to calculate this special rate. Please call us in advance if you are placing a large bulk order and we can secure rate quotes. All orders shipped using this service are FOB Dover, NH. Any duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees related to this order are the responsibility of the recipient. Eco Touch does not know what the duties/taxes are in your area, and we do not know if there will be brokerage fees. Please check with your local customs office if you need to have this calculated in advance.

International Shipping Regulations

It is your responsibility to be aware of the specific import restrictions for your country. If your package is refused or destroyed due to customs rules, Eco Touch will not be able to refund your order or offer a replacement at no charge. If you decline to pay for duties, taxes, tariffs or brokerage fees and the package is abandoned or returned to our warehouse we will not be able to refund your order.

Return Policy

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in like new condition with original packaging. See exceptions below. To return an item, call us toll free at 1.888.375.7970 to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, will be promptly credited via the payment method used after the package has been received and inspected by our warehouse staff. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit after we have initiated the transaction.

Return Shipping Costs

Eco Touch covers return shipping costs (for U.S. orders only) if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or as a result of our error. We will provide you with a pre-paid FedEx or UPS label to return the product(s) to us in this situation.

Items returned for reasons other than defect or Eco Touch error will not be provided with a pre-paid FedEx or UPS return label. These returns include reasons such as "changed my mind," "did not like the product" and "ordered the incorrect product".

International orders will not be provided with a pre-paid FedEx or UPS return label.  

Non-refundable Items 

All return packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped with us. Any custom blended items cannot be returned. These items are made specific for your company.
